Best foam board I've used for RC planes I've tried other brands of Foam board, but for making RC model aircraft I've found the best is the Westfoam board that I purchase from Hobbycraft. PVC foam sheets can be very easily cut and sawed in one cutting movement, although, with a Stanley knife, they can be cut more accurately.
