It is summer in Bakerella’s world (and mine) after all, so that’s when beach ball cake pops are the best! We just finished our summer trip to WDW to celebrate our 14th anniversary. =D Man, was it ever hot! LOL! Not Summer down here in Australia, but I am still enjoying the last few days of my school holidays. They are so sweet and simple, and have such strong and graphic visual appeal. They just sing summer. And sunshine. And they make me smile. And they make me wish I was at the pool right now. P.S., if you love summer, you might like these Sunshine Cake Pops, too. Oh my goodness, how cute are these beach balls!! Love them!! You are so creative girl. Always love your fab photos! :) This is a good consistency of cake to frosting. The mixture should be moist but shouldn’t feel wet. Once they are scooped you can easily roll them into a smooth ball.Oh my goodness!! They are sooooo cute that I can’t think of eating them. They look very real. I can’t wait to try to make ’em. When the ball strikes the ground, the interior air compresses further and serves as a spring, resulting in delightfully bouncing balls. The difficulty is that the balls are not completely airtight, which implies that internal pressure will drop with time. This process is independent of how we interact with the balls. It simply occurs that way. these are so cute! haven’t seen this kind of beach balls in a long while These are so much fun, Angie!! My family loves going to the lake during the summer, and down to the pool. Baseball games and BBQ’s are also so much fun. I haven’t been out camping since I was a kid, but nothing would make me happier than to go again. Last year we went to the State Fair, a bit overrated for me now. I love summer food best, smores, watermelon, corn on the cob, homemade ice cream, and anything with strawberries, like my famous strawberry shortcake! These look so cute! I really want to be at the beach in the sunshine now, but I’m in rainy London instead. Melt white candy wafers in a heatproof plastic bowl so that the coating is at least three to four inches deep for easier dipping. Melt in the microwave in 30-second intervals on low, stirring in between. Repeat until melted and smooth.
