This might not sound like much of a revelation to start with but evidence shows that the more we practice gratitude and give thanks on a daily basis, the more abundance will begin to flow to us. As well as the well known metaphysical facts about energy, she bases her opinion on the evidence of her own life and many others who have transformed theirs since discovering the Law of Attraction.i could write on here so many other things that happened to me shortly after reading the book. i will mention a few more because i want people to understand that this book totally changed my life.

I know that in my role as carer for my Grandma who has dementia that gratitude has helped me find super-reserves of patience as I promote her dignity and independence. I also know that I stil have days — sometimes straight after writing my gratitude journal — where I lose patience and flare-up.
