Launched in 1996, CItadelle was one of the first gins to move drinkers away from Gordons and begin the gin boom that we see today. Citadelle Gin is a superb quality gin that was created at a Dunkirk distillery in the late 18th century. The 19 aromatics that make up Citadelle are infused, according to their profile, between one and four days – a crucial time so that Citadelle can acquire its distinguished profile.
