The launch follows Whitley Neill’s debut into the world of no-and-low, having recently released two alcohol free variations of their signature gins, Whitley Neill Raspberry 0. After 2 days, sieve the liquid into your chosen size of gin bottle (place a small sieve over a funnel and pour into the bottle). Place your lid circles over the top, crimp the edges with the end of a teaspoon or fork to stick and for decoration. Tip: leave it for a few minutes each time and the fruit will soak up the alcohol, the longer you leave it, the more you can add!

There is no minced beef in mincemeat and if you use a vegetarian suet rather than the traditional beef you'll have a Vegan Gin Mincemeat. If nuts are your thing they too could also be added to the mix - almonds, pecans and pistachios work really well. Content on this site is not intended to substitute for advice given by medical practitioner, pharmacist, or other licensed health-care professional. TBH you could drink this all year round, not just at Christmas, but definitely added to the festive season.Generous in taste and texture, spices and candied fruits infusions, it has everything you need to feel the warmth of the Christmas season. Mince pie fans will want to get their hands on the other new gin, inspired by the flavours of the classic Christmas treat.

Place the jasmine tea pearls and gin liqueur base into a lidded glass jar / bottle and leave to infuse for 24 hours (longer if you want a stronger taste, but check flavour regularly to ensure it doesn’t become bitter). Distilled using an intense version of our classic London Dry Gin blended with sloeberries foraged from Burgundy, a French blackcurrant liqueur, a cherry liqueur, sugar and then rested in ex-whiskey barrels. Fitting, then, that we’ve managed to take this already festive liquid, inject it with the magic of Christmas, sprinkle with festivity, and charge it right up with Yuletide cheer by adding a Mince Pie Distillate. The preparation time for this recipe is around 15 minutes and the baking time is no longer than 20 minutes.Sprinkle flour onto your kitchen table and rolling pin and roll half the pastry out to approximately the thickness of a pound coin. Wash the containers you’ll soak the gin and fruit in, and the bottles you’re going to pour the sieved gins into, thoroughly in hot, soapy water and allow to air dry. Each bottle has a 20 per cent alcohol by volume (ABV) content so remember to drink responsibly and be Drinkaware. Inspired by mince pies of old, this Mince Pie Gin is reminiscent of exactly that – warm, freshly baked mince pies. Well these Christmas tipples will certainly get me in the festive mood and will hopefully make the wrapping a bit more bearable!
