Behind every successful man, there is a woman who will provide the motivation and energy it takes to succeed.

This phrase means many things to different people. From my personal experience, this means that the woman plays a role in supporting a man’s career by clearing all of his distractions in life so he can focus on his career. Sometimes it also means, that the woman finds opportunities through her network and circle of influence for her man, not herself. When it comes down to you, YOU are the main one driving your own success. Don’t forget that or take it lightly. “Surround yourself with a trusted and loyal team. The power of a woman behind every successful man is what makes them great. She’s the reason for all their success. Well, inspired by Nisha Moodley’s Global Sisterhood Day (19th March), we want to get you having a go at creating a team just like that for yourself and your friends. Behind every successful man there is a woman who helps him reach his goals and inspires him. A woman who gives him her power and makes him strong! Many would have thought that women speaking about women’s rights and opportunities for women that are equal to those for men, are efforts within society to change gender stereotypes - particularly in education and in the professional environment. In short, they call this - FEMINISM.The ruthless attitude of the man towards the woman has led to different interventions of women trying to speak up. Sometimes ago, we had voices of so called feminist everywhere, as far as there is nothing bad in trying to play your role as a woman in the society, the feminist took things too far which in turn in their mission to relegate the man which is wrong, he was elevated. (I will put my thoughts together in my next article).
