You cannot play on the classic game board for more than five minutes do to the depth of field blur they add on the camera. Honestly who the bleep adds blur to the number 6+ tiles when rolling 2 or 3 dice! My eyes started hurting after 5 minutes and I stopped playing and deleted that game save. Which brings me to #5. They show all these options when setting up a game which is 2/3 of the TV screen to make special rules. i.e: Land on free parking and collect money. But to get any of this see con #6. Despite being part of the first season of the TV series this installment is based on, the games Guess Who?, Cranium, Bounce & Boogie Boggle, Operation Relay, Twister Lights Out and Guesstures Freefall are not present on this videogame simulator. Easy menu system to start a local couch game with up to 6 people (you can add dumb AI players too, but do not need to have more than a 2 player/AI combo). You can have up to 3 local games saved. So no toddlers, pets etc. will mess up a traditional table top game 'cause it's digital baby!

The only thing skippable in the game is the movement of the game piece. But if I'm playing 1 vs 5 AI it takes like 5 minutes to watch the dice roll -> skip movement -> buy prop/pay fine etc. It was fine the first 2 games, but then after that I started to complain you cannot skip the dice roll in particular like every bleeping free cell phone game can do nowadays. I mean it's just an rng roll, show me the result already.

Throughout the games loading screens when starting a game it talks about how you can play on a Tablet/phone. OMG, so my friends wife can play with us, NOPE! Well they give no info and it took scouring through forums that it is a misconception. There is no type of cross platform talk. So a friend cannot be on tablet, me on PS4 another on the monopoly game on PS3... All they mean is using the Playstation app to do remote play...basically using your tablet/phone as a screen instead of the TV.

There are no camera options. Seriously none. Cannot change any angles, cannot get a top down view (you can see a map), cannot remove the stupid blur fx. It takes away much of the 3D in their game board, which in turn doesn't make me want to spend the time to create my own game board. When you start a game you see skyscrapers, a ferris wheel etc. Well, not at anytime afterward, until you start another game. Unfortunately because of the inability to do anything with the camera, I have no inclination to buy any of the DLC. Honestly a case of shooting yourself in the foot. Trivia - Is the best, which isn't a surprise. Everyone seems to love it, it's always surprising what your able to answer correctly and what your wrong on. I will say this, it's not really easy playing with one controller, you have to pay attention a bit more if you share the controller or you're going to miss a turn.
