It was down from 7.82v to 5.54volts after the run to middle of pond. Now from just setting not hooked to anything it went from 5.54v down to 4.59v & seems to be staying at 4.59v so if on cell of the 2s is not holding its charge then it's defective & that's why the boats not working right.
