Audio Pro is one of the few Scandinavian audio companies gaining a huge amount of popularity right now. The company specializes in delivering some of the most impressive audio products around in terms of aesthetic and performance. As other audiophiles have suggested, I played the speakers for over 30 hours before a making judgement. I’m not sure this does anything at all… but now nobody can complain they haven’t been “broken in”. Out of all of the speakers on this list, the Huawei Sound Joy offers the most in the way of battery life. You can listen to music non-stop for 26 hours straight - that makes this one of the best options to take away with you on a camping trip or weekend away. When it does finally run out of juice, you can plug it in for 10 minutes to get an extra hour of music. That’s very handy if you forget to charge it before you hit the road. There are a few different ways to connect your devices to the speaker, the main ones being Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. The Audio Pro A15 works with your other multiroom devices by Audio Pro, and it’s also compatible with both Google and Apple Home. For devices that don’t have wireless connectivity, you’ll be able to connect to it using a 3.5mm audio cable. And if you wanted to hook up an extra subwoofer there’s an output for that as well. On the top of the speaker, you’ll find a row of control buttons finished in an attractive, metallic rose gold. It could do with fewer buttons in my opinion, though, as there’s not only a dedicated button for pairing the speaker with your phone, but there are also separate buttons for switching to Bluetooth and the speaker’s auxiliary connection.

Running your hands over the surface of the speaker isn’t what you’d expect. The surface is coated with a slightly course texture paint. The reason behind this? I’m not sure, but let’s hope it doesn’t become a dirt magnet… too late… it’s a dirt magnet. The C3 manages to sound weighty, delving deep and rendering each note with detail and texture. For the purposes of this test, I used both the Audio Pro Control app and Google Home. It is more than listenable and we get through all three movements – longer than half an hour – without fidgeting. I want it to play crisp and clear at low volumes with plenty of atmosphere but be able to pump up at picnics and parties.

Unfortunately, on the model I received 2 of these buttons are a little too recessed, ruining the otherwise streamlined top.The only downsides I can really think of are its slightly eye-watering price tag and the fact that, despite having a handle, there's no battery to make it a portable device. Audio Pro builds products offering rich quality, for an affordable price. If you have listened to one of Audio Pro’s Addon speakers before, the new signature should still be recognisable. Thanks to the physical design of its speakers, Audio Pro has always managed to give a great deal of body to its sound, and that is still the case. That slightly altered reflex port is still doing a job supporting the taut low-end delivered by the Addon T3+’s woofer, and the richness of its tone is present right the way up through the register as the tweeters reach their highest note. You can literally get 30 hours out of the T3 with high-volume. I’ve only cranked the volume up to 100% once for testing and even then Audio Pro quotes 12 Hours playtime. The sound quality isn’t perfect, audiophiles might notice a bit of distortion here and there, but for most people, it’s perfectly fine and it’s pretty loud. You’ll also get manual control over the bass in the smartphone app, or choose between three different preset sound modes.One of the most distinctive features is the multicoloured light ring around the top - it definitely jazzes up the design a little because the light dances to music.
