Though of course, it can be enjoyed by any age, I wouldn't recommend it for younger children as there is a lot of violence and death that they might find disturbing. Koyoharu Gotouge is the pen name of the author best known for the manga series, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. Some of the manga i have collected up until this point has been because of the love for the anime and demon slayer is one i have considered for this reason. I only started reading it after the entertainment district season aired and I didn't know what to do with the rest of my life lol.

Things I liked: the main characters (although not their "power ups", looking at you Zenitsu and Nezuko), they were well developed and it's easy to get fond of them, some emotional scenes were very well delivered which was refreshing to see in a shonen manga, where normally you get the feely feels exclusively when they serve to advance the plot or for character development (with exceptions of course). As evidenced by some of the footnotes at the ends of chapters in later volumes, due to the expectation/demand that the success of the anime put onto the publisher and, in turn author. Perfect for fans of action and adventure, this series is perfect for teens and young adults aged 15+ due to its intense themes of heavy violence.
