Rachel Elizabeth Dare - Rachel is a mortal girl who can see through the Mist. She has rich parents and she is very artsy, caring about the environment. She later helps Percy and Annabeth go through the labyrinth and fights in the Battle of Manhattan. She briefly was romantically interested in Percy but then decided to become the Oracle of Delphi’s host and vow to be a maiden. In addition, all the victims of the war would achieve Elysium. Lastly, the gods offer Percy immortality, but Percy declines, instead asking for a different wish. He asks them to claim all demigods they have sired as soon as they reach thirteen or as soon as they have reached camp. He also asks that Hades and the minor gods be respected and given a cabin for their children at camp. Plus, Percy asks for the Big Three Pact to be broken, saying the pact 'didn't work'. Because the gods swore on the River Styx, they must oblige to his wish, though some of them are uncomfortable with it. He is then congratulated by the gods.

The half-bloods have been preparing for battle against the Titans all year, even though they know their chances of victory are grim. Meanwhile, the Olympians are struggling to contain the monster Typhon and Kronos has begun to advance on New York City. She nodded. Also, let’s not forget, Percy’s terrible prophecy is days away and the future ain’t looking so bright. Hades then reveals that he sent Nico and his sister to the magical hotel they were abandoned at to protect them and to keep them from aging until they left. He adds that the lawyer that took them out of the hotel was actually the Fury Alecto. Hades states that he planned to refrain from helping in the fight for Olympus and that after the Titans took over, he would strike their weakened forces. He then sends Nico off and takes Percy captive.The Lightning Thief explores Greek mythology in a modern setting, but it does so as a humorous work of fantasy. I'm certainly not interested in changing or contradicting anyone's religious beliefs. Early in the book, the character Chiron makes a distinction between God, capital-G, the creator of the universe, and the Greek gods. Chiron says he does not want to delve into the issue of God, but he has no qualms about discussing the Olympians because they are a 'much smaller matter.'" All the while, the long-awaited prophecy surrounding Percy’s sixteenth birthday unfolds. There’s betrayal, there are prophecies, and there are sword fights. And then, there’s underwater kissing.Manticore - The Manticore is a monster who sided with the Titans in the first war. He tried to kill Bianca and Nico and appeared in the form of a teacher named Dr. Thorn. He was later killed by Dionysus. Clarisse La Rue- Clarisse is the daughter of Ares at Camp Half-Blood. Clarisse is very tough and arrogant and is Percy’s main rival. Clarisse eventually gets along with Percy and appreciates him as a friend. She went on the quest to retrieve the Golden Fleece and a quest to explore the labyrinth. Her best friends are Silena and is the girlfriend of Chris Rodriguez. Annabeth Chase could punch me in the face and rob my home and I would thank her. I LOVE HER. What a wise, badass legend. Deserves the world. She did the MOST for the camp and I just love her so much.
