I found reading PMLD backwards quite tricky and understand your message that just because I couldn’t do it instantly, it doesn’t mean I’m stupid! Bryan is able to give a voice to those who previously didn't have one, who were seen as unfeeling and inarticulate due to their disability but who still had the same breadth and range of emotions as any other human beings. His faith, his intelligence and his love for others all shine out of the pages of this short book which should be read by all!
