This book is a must-read for anyone who enjoys smart and original storytelling that will make you laugh and cry at the same time. I wanted my book to feel diverse without me putting on voices that I didn’t have the authority to put on.

Giorgis: How did you convey the sense of both risk and reward inherent in love and relationships as you wrote the stories? You recognize that min when your link is driving over the high cliff as well as you begin to think about, well- maybe even worse … These tales catch one of the most horrible variants.
