I wasn't sure how much I was going to enjoy / engage with this book, as I had mixed opinions after reading 'The Rules of Living Well'. We also have laws that affect everyone in the whole country - laws are voted on and created in Parliament. It's a very nice book with some good insights on how to deal with people, but in the end, it all depends on yourself. Nice book but the title looks very promising while the content was below my expectations. Well no one on earth will manage to revel the rules of this mysterious creature. We all know someone who is a natural ‘people person’. They seem to understand what people really want, what they really think and what they really mean. They can effortlessly get people onside, and keep them happy and motivated.

Richard highlights a lot of points that sometimes do cross over and feel repetitive, but it makes you more aware of your own behaviour and also of others. I find myself actively thinking how to process someone who I at first struggle with, but later am able to handle from the suggestions in the book. shops must take "reasonable measures to manage risk" and shoppers are asked to maintain physical distance with each other where possible. The best book I ever read and in the next year I will add to my reading list the rest books to this writer ✅ Everyone is equal before the law and has the right to be protected by it. It is our responsibility as citizens to follow rules and laws.For the most part, what was pointed out was what you might have noticed throughout time and interaction with people. Rules help to keep us safe, make sure that everyone is treated fairly and make sure people's rights are respected. The rule of law means that the law applies to everyone equally. Because of this, everyone is entitled to be protected by it.
