I loved the story so much and its adorable because of Willa and Luke's precious adorable and chaotic moments. And its sexy because Willa and Cade are fire. They are everything. The pacing was a little slow in this but the whole storyline was constructed perfectly from the start to the most endearing ending even though the nanny and single dad is such a typical plot but WillaCade made everything about this book perfect with their banter and scorching romance. And don’t get me started on Willa in general.. SHE’S JUST SO FREAKING AMAZING!! I’m absolutely in love with her!! She’s just such a fun and incredible woman and I would get on my goddamn knees for her!! She’s one of the best FMCs (of the romance genre) everrr istg!! I turn my head in, my lips dusting across her forehead. “Yeah. I saw you, Sloane. I noticed you too. Didn’t know what made me look up there that day. Had no clue what it all meant.”

It was 1 am in the morning and I was sweating. Sweat drops running down my spine and my forehead from how legitimately stressed and turned on I was. Emotionally exuberant, effortlessly stunning and bubbly – that’s the magic of romance! Elsie Silver delivers another emotionally moving and beautifully written romantic powerhouse in Powerless. It’s characterful, seamlessly told, addictively sexy and powerfully resonant. My brain is begging for sleep. But Cade and Willa and Luke… the cuteness, the wholesomeness of this story was uncalled for. 😪 im somehow not convinced that elsie silver was able to write this AND flawless. i’m pleasantly surprised by how much i enjoyed this.

I was happy that the four Gold Rush Ranch couples were unclouded in the story plus the previous two in this series. Missed them.❤️ I am embarrassed for myself for not giving this trope a chance before, but I also think it's a lot more than just the trope. It's what Elsie was able to achieve with it.

Do you know what's the dangerous combination in this world?? Its Cade Eaton's dirty mouth and Willa Grant's sassy mouth!!! It all flows from then on. The texts and post-its. The push and pull. The way she doesn't take his shit just because, and the frustration of him wanting what he shouldn't want, and definitely shouldn't have. Everyone sees where this tension is headed, but them. The opening up, slowly, tentatively. One very hot game of truth or dare in a hot tub that makes it hard for them to think about anything else but each other.

Powerless’ was an exciting, romantic and very touching read. And it definitely had some very funny moments as well. can I blame assaulting a seven-year-old on my hair color? I’ve always flown off the handle kind of easily Willa is 25. She should be out partying with her friends and having fun, but that's not who she is. She's sassy, but vulnerable. She knows what she wants, but sometimes insecure. She doesn't take herself seriously, and sometimes is unable to see the wonderful person she is. Because she is pretty much amazing. She's not sure where her life is headed, until one summer changes everything.

I am obsessed with this book. I got lost in this book. There is nothing heartless about Cade Eaton. I mean, come on: "You want it all, Willa? The house? The babies? The ranch?" YES CADE SHE DOES. WE ALL DO. 🤠🖤🐮👨‍👩‍👦🦖🧑🏽‍🌾🌶️🥵 It was so heartwarming and yet so heartbreaking to see what Jasper had to go through at such a young age. They were each other's comfort and constant person. God their love is just so wholesome and beautiful. How can I describe about two persons who literally are soulmates and were always right for each other. ALWAYS 🥺💕 I love my stupid dorks so much!! Suddenly I'm not measuring time. I'm measuring inches, because her hand is mere inches away from feeling just how much I don't dislike her. Not even one bit." Beau was also a weird mystery; he was the main reason that Jasper was depressed and then he was found but we did not get a scene where Jasper and Beau reunite??? They are supposed to be BROTHERS and yet we did not get anything? It was such a copout.Do you think about me?” I blurt, watching him still the minute those words leap from my lips. “When we go weeks or months without talking or seeing each other . . . do you think about me?” From their first meet when she dropped her panties to the moment she asked him to beg her to stay. Everything about them was epic. We clash from the moment we meet. And in a small town, on an even smaller farm, it’s hard to keep your distance. It’s even harder to keep that friction from turning to fire.
