So maybe I was a little harsh on the cover but any criticism is blown out of the water when you open your brand new album for the first time. I was starting to see a lot of player portraits now and as expected the vast majority of them have been taken in the studio. This time it is the Women’s World Cup that is being held in France between the 7 th June and 7 th July 2019. As the tournament is in New Zealand as well as Australia, I'm sure the collection will be available there too.

A Twitter Account that I had seen that was pretty accurate on Men’s WC albums last year said June 29, but I hope it’s wrong. Perhaps go back to having two halves of a stadium sticker that can join together to make a bigger more detailed picture like the Men’s World Cup (2014) but that isn’t always ideal though as some of my previous sticking mistakes can’t be rectified! This includes a large number of player stickers along with shiny team foils and the all-new Beyond Greatness editions, which highlight motivational stories.I'm not sure if it works but I've just added an image of the album cover that might be scannable to get a free packet of stickers every day. So you’ve bought the starter set and you’re immediately presented with a front cover that includes the branded tournament colours. To whom it may concern, I’m asking the question how do I join one of these groups as I am sitting on A lot of cards that I wish to depart with. Maybe it’s just me but the first packet is the best and that’s when you get to see the new stickers for the first time. For golds in slot 4 - I've invited someone to a team, and then received stickers for slot 4 both from a global trade, and a team trade - and neither were gold?

I nearly forgot: in case you’re new to collecting, we were also treated to a Panini album for the 2017 Women’s Euros in Netherlands too. Panini spanish magazine Jugón has released an update sheet with 9 new spanish players not featured in the album. This is my preference, as I prefer the uniformity but I started to notice a few teams with their players possibly taken during the national anthems as they weren’t so focused on the camera like the studio portraits. Those who know me possibly wonder why I collect stickers (rather than cards) as I’m very slow at putting them onto the page and sometimes they never go on the page!

The 80-page album contains two pages for each team along with special sections for the 2023 tournament (eight pages) and Beyond Greatness (four pages).

I’ve enjoyed writing this album review as the Women’s World Cup 2019 edition was keenly antecipated by myself and many others. I've had some success with trading with a friend where we just both put up a card and it'll take an extra gold (pink starred card) from our swap stacks and send that. I don't have any cards for sale, nor do I provide valuations, this blog is just a means of passing on information I have gathered over many decades of collecting. Good news for many collectors is that you can find this new edition across most of Europe and in some selected countries further afield too (Brazil, Chile and Thailand). I'm not sure if the times that it did work were just coincidentally getting the gold cards via the 33% base rate chance.

For me, Brazil and Cameroon are my favourites and if you can, why not keep a spare album empty so once you’ve completed the collection you can see what it looked like before that first sticker went in! You won’t be disappointed with the Women’s 2019 stickers as they include some new designs not seen before.
