A spicy and harsh opening gives way to real oud and incense on a light leather background, and whatever you spray it on suddenly becomes the sexiest thing in the world. Can still smell this on clothes 8 hours later, however with my experience, i think this stops projecting after 4 hours or so. I too have batch 0295 and was disappointed initially with performance, however, after letting the juice sit for a over a month (with some air in the bottle) I now find performance great and lasts all day, especially on clothes.

Leather is listed in the mix but I don't get it, mainly just the olibanum and oud, with some woody notes as well, perhaps cedar or oak.It smells gorgeous to my nose and the oud was sooo smooth and masculine, perfect for appropriate occasions. One of the greatest scents it lasts forever with excellent sillage for the first 4 - 5 hours and good sillage for the rest of the day.I think I overhyped it in my head because of all the raving reviews, but when I spray it I can smell it for maybe an hour and then i got anosmic.
