[4] Plot [ edit ]The opening scene of The Fall was fantastic; the music, imagery and slow motion effect added to it's beauty and make us anxious to see - what's next? We're taken to a hospital where a young girl named Alexandria, her hand in a cast, writes a note for a nurse and throws it to her out of a window. But the note goes inside the window of a patient and the young girl goes to retrieve it. In doing so, she meets a man who tells her about her name and begins a story that captivates her. He weaves a tale so exciting and beguiling, the young girl gets caught up in it. Soon after, we begin to see his true motive. It's brilliantly colorful with a fairy tale like quality and the plot is quite jarring for such a young girl. But none-the-less, it's makes for a great script and a greater ending. And it's emotional, too. Very different and out of the ordinary. The children enjoyed it and so did the adults. A very unique film. Enjoy. Read full review Dhombres, Isabelle (27 August 2016).
